so
1 apr destroyed defective queen
3 apr destroyed q cells x2 (not a lot of brood left from failing q so am v sure no more q cells) - introduced caged queen with clip over fondant in situ
5 apr (just now)
- opened to remove clip
- destroyed 1 more q cell (scoured for any others and none
- bees were 'clumping' on cage and i couldnt read their behaviour i.e. protective or aggressive but they were keen to get back on cage as i brushed them off
- removed clip and put cage back
have i done the right thing?
