Seems as though Stella (?) has found an interesting way to advertise her services and grab some swarms. A bit weird as a marketing route, but might work.

"OMG look at all those bees in the garden! Help help!"

"Don't worry, I'll look on eBay and see if anyone will sell me a swarm collection service."

I suppose there's almost no cost in the advertising and nothing to lose. Fair play to the lady.

Guessing not: but one of the rules of advertising a service is consistency. If she keeps renewing from now to June, she will get a lot more than if she started in may. Not so silly if you ask me.
