How much trouble can I Get Into

I've been asked to look at a feral colony with a view to removing it, the woman has sent me a picture a this description

There seems to be a hive under the exterior stone steps leading down to the laundry room- lots of activity and going in and out of a hole in the stone step. I knew that was a bee (Joan's photo) because of the pollen hoard, but I've seen BOTH bees and wasps, so it need looking at. I'm here till Friday morning and phone

So just how much trouble can I get into?

it's one of them bees discussed in a recent thread - not AM.

Excellent it's just the answer I wanted. I didn't think it was AM, not only from the picture but also from the description. I was going to take a look as I will be passing nearby tomorrow, I still might.
