It looks like you have been a bit enthusiastic in finding outlets before you have enough honey Paul.
It’s a balancing act to ensure you always have enough to keep everyone happy.
I’m now building up a reserve to keep me going if I have a dodgy year but then storage becomes an issue….

I have just 2 outlets: grocery store and my website.
It's my 1st year of honey production, 170kg.
Aiming to double output next year.
But, given demand, that will still not be enough.
