Swarming season should be over by then......but famous last words so you shouldn't need to be looking in the brood box.
If the weather is fine they might still be piling in nectar so you might consider leaving them with an extra super. The weather might be pants and they might need feeding.
So many variables.
The decision about what to do needs to be made nearer the time.
If it were me I would befriend a mentor and ask them nicely to keep an eye on your hive ....just the once in the middle of your trip.
I left mine for 10 days in the beginning of August last year but as the weather was rotten I wasn't expecting any income so left them with their half filled supers knowing they had enough food to last till I came home.

Don't know about your wife on the pillion but your best bet for a local mentor is to join the most local Beekeeping Association. Google for BKA and you will get a list to choose from.

Remember that the Spanish drive on the wrong side of the road... and keep your headlight on!!!

Keep a fistfull of Euros in your front pocket as "Spot fines" are usually negotiable... and the local police love pulling British bikers up for "Speeding"
"Lo siento.. no entiendo! does not wash!!

Your bees will be fine!!!

No :nono::nopity:

Beekeeping involves inconvenient (but cheaper) holidays before April or after October.

You should either send 'er indoors on her own or organise a trusted beekeeper to stand in for you during your ill timed absence :)
