This would be similar to JedD cutout from a manhole cover. He lifted the manhole cover out and turned it over and removed the combs.

Theres probably also a lot of papers there about MMR causing autism but then that was proven to be a load of crap.

and that guy should have been dis-credited, and look at the damage it's now caused with teenagers, that have not been inoculated, and we've got outbreaks!
