Hi there,

New to all this so would appreciate some help as my association not open at present.

I opened up a hive, small NUC, weak, cant see queen, eggs are present but multiple in each cell. I keep finding these strange things in the bottom of the hive. Could someone help me identify them, tell me what they think is the problem?

Im leaning towards queenless, laying workers so I need to requeen? But im still not sure what is at the bottom of the hive.

Thanks

Where are these multiple eggs? Bottom of cells or on the sides as well?

What is the laying pattern? Good or extremely patchy.

Just a couple of things you should have known before actually starting to keep bees, let alone 3 years on?
