Heather honey processing

Just wondering if any of those who regularly produce heather honey and use an agitator can tell me how long after agitating the honey you have to spin it- seconds, minutes, hours - before it regains its jelly consistency?

Uncap, agitate and into the extractor. I would say minutes is ok hours would be pushing it I think
