PAGE 33 is interesting ... considering it dates originally from 2013 the advancement of any of the proposals has been negligible ... well ,,, actually ... non existent !

It's the sort of document I used to construct in my consultancy days ... judged usually on its use as a door stop !

Skip to page 33 - read it - skip to page 113 - close document - alternative - read it all and lose the will to live !
Well like a fool I read some of it anyway. Like a school essay stretched to make the required word count it still leaves the problem of their being an empty box. As a mind numbing tome it partially succeeds but fails to be one of life's grand explosions, perhaps nothing is the possibility of something.
