Yes, she was an exceptional queen, compared to most other "Amms" I and others have tried. Most struggled to full a single brood box. I had planned on replacing her this autumn but as she was still going strong will probably replace her next spring.
Whilst the numbers of Amm's I and other colleagues have used is not enormous our conclusions on them are pretty consistent.

Thank you kindly old boy....jolly decent of you to think of me. You are a bit slow however; I get the IT on this internet thing early in the morning..costs very little. I don't peddle Buckfast bees and yes native Irish AMM do not now exist and perhaps never did.

You are missing the point entirely, I have not been proved wrong and I await publication of the report, where ever and whenever that will be!
