What is the benefit of moving them into a nuc, compared to leaving them where they are?

Have a think how many frames of brood there are. Likely there will be fewer as the year progresses.
5 frames now might be 3 frames going into winter.
What about space to heat through the winter?
3 frames of bees are better in a snug poly nuc box than in a full size hive

Totally agree, easier to look after, feed etc as well.

I think its too late in the season for hatching mating and getting started laying
The queen cells show she is gone or in the departure lounge at least.
A google search there might still be some queens available
