Chatting to a restaurant owner /farmer (one of 3 brothers) about bees…. They have just finished harvesting honey but apparently last winter was too dry in kos so it hasn’t been a good year.

Is the tank behind for customers to fill their own jars?

what a wonderfully easy and simple way to display and sell, makes me want to "dive in".

I believe some customers bring there own jars etc yes and assume a price is negotiated dependent on size, jar sizes are as you would think
