Hi everyone,

I just finished a ten week bee keeping course and now have two hives to look after. Kind of scary for a newbie!!!

Anyway, I guess I'll have a ton of questions to ask so you'll be hearing from me.

Don't worry, in a couple of months you will be answering them.

That's actually the best way of learning.

Read other people's questions (yes, that could happen to you one day - whatever it was!)
And try and see if you can come up with an answer - you don't have to post it - and then check back and see whether there are suggestions that match your ideas. If there aren't, you can always add a "Would this work?" post to the thread.

Beware the things you take for granted - other folks will have different priorities, constraints, skills and resources. What is simple for them may be inappropriate for others, maybe you!

Participate, and enjoy!

Good to know there's Geordies doing this as well. Well, one Geordie and a Sand Dancer.

And me I'm at Ponteland but not much use for advice:(
