Looks like a possible full house for this lot, let’s hope it continues although the little fits will probably tear a couple down😡 Also a couple of mating nucs getting the cells from another batch. They’re made up with a single frame of sealed brood and about four other frames of bees shaken in plus a frame of stores. You’re generally left with 2 good frames of bees perhaps 3 when the brood emerges. They’ll readily expand on their own or queens can be removed and more cells added. Obviously very easy to manage in that much space Frames of old winter stores are also gold dust, no feeding no robbing. If they start adding to many stores during a flowas they expand I’ll remove frames and add to a banker box on a larger colony.
Brood is pushed up against wall to help with warmth and lines up with entrance to help with defence.
