Food hygiene risk assessment

Hi guys I've just been contacted regarding my 1st food hygiene visit to my honey extraction shed, does anyone have a current risk assessment that could be used?
Also open to suggestions of what to do & not to do?

FSA site has a load of docs you can download to guide you through the process- I printed them off and filled in certain bits and kept it in a file for when I had sheep and sold the lamb. They're mostly interested in knowing you have processes in place and keep records.
