First hive here

My first hive arrived not half an hour ago and, well, I'm not a happy chappy. The obs window and bottom board that I paid for are missing. The top is a bit bashed but that's couriers for you so that's a minor niggle but surely a bloody window and bottom board can't be easy to miss when you have to wrap it up for delivery! I hope this isn't an omen lol.

Contact the supplier asap. They are usually very good and helpful if you explain the problem. Best not to swear at them initially either

Take photos and contact the supplier. I'm sure they'll fix it for you.

LOL I had no intention of swearing at them at any stage

I did email them so just waiting for a reply. Hopefully they'll get back soon.
