The owner of the field I have my hives in has no knowledge of bees at all.
He also has a couple of fishing pits nearby (600 yards).
Are there any published papers that could let him know the basics, swarms etc, and that there will be wasps about in August pestering mainly, not bees.
If I wrote it myself I'd be bound to supply not enough, or too much info.

If you look on the BBKA website under Learn/General info/useful leaflets ther is one called allotment beekeeping which is intended for allotment managers.
It will probably serve your purpose.

:laughing-smiley-004 You could be right.

He's a sound chap.
It's more about what he can say to the anglers when they find out.

It's those that fish in puddles in a field:rolleyes:

Crikey have a neighbor who is one of them... spends a fortune on boilies, rods lines, reels and "gillie cammo suits" that make my Green man outfits look sane!

All in pursuit of carp.. fish that get put back!

At least he does not spend all weekend polishing a little german mini car with Auto Glym and despite his odd hobby is quite pleasant!

Each to their own

Best to keep them in the dark!!
