This maybe a silly question but going to ask it anyway
I am going to enter some honey competitions this year for the first time and want to make sure I get in the right classes.... Soft set in my world is warming to liquid and either adding a seed and stirring regularly or just stirring before jarring. But what is naturally granulated? Do you just warm set honey and jar?
Any other tips for these classes in a honey show as in extra filtering, presentation etc.
Thankyou in advance
