Hi,found five liters of this in shed today its three or four years old, has anyone used this on the exterior of the hive with no harm to the bees does it contain an insectiscide?

I seem to recall a previous fred on this.... cuprinol only had one product approved, that was a cedar red preserver... and then only because it was tested by the bumblebee foundation or similar..........
Later and othe Cuprinol products may not be BEE friendly

outside should not bee a problem.. but let it "air" for some time before use

Give cuprinol customer services a ring (number on tin) and ask. I found them very friendly & willing to help.
