I believe in recognizing good service so I have to comment on this.

I ordered some queen cages along with some other bits about a week ago from Simon The Beekeeper (http://www.simonthebeekeeper.co.uk/...ler-style-queen-rages-interlinking-267-detail) which duly arrived. Unfortunately, one cage had a back-plate missing so I emailed them back including a photo of the missing part. A replacement cage arrived in the post this morning.
No quibble, no argument. Just good service. I would gladly order from them again.

i bought some fondant from them last autumn, in a short trip to the uk, they were brilliant. 100 kilos arrived in two days, free postage. excellent service!! and before anyone asks, it was convenient and easier to collect from the uk, i had an empty car and France prices were astronomical on freight!!

Just taken delivery of his £20 fencing hood jacket. I wear a jacket just for occasional quick, small manipulations, and the veil on my old cheap one had split so many times.
Very impressed with the quality. Hood is detachable so can be hand washed, and the mesh in the veil is soft and pliable, so less likely to split, and the Zips are sturdy with Velcro under where they join. I will see how it stands up to use, but first impression is very good for the price.

He certainly knows how to please his customers, i have ordered many items over the past couple of years with one or two debates that where very quickly rectified, however for other items i am swayed over to Abelo, the owner is a really nice man and he certainly knows his onions where bees are concerned.
Take your pick both are equally good.

His service is tops I ordered a fencing hood jacket on the Wednesday it arrived on the Saturday (I live in France). When I wash the jacket I put the hood in the sleeve of the jacket good as new.
