.........and as most of the South coast in now rebranded 'God's waiting room' it would also solve the problem of our ever increasing ageing population.

Apparently south coast will bear the brunt of the damage. I think that is acceptable. Can't imagine what is down there anyway

Apart from the Bristol channel.. it will be the Severn Bore orders of magnitude greater

Ha Ha the country grinds to a halt with 2mm of snow!!!

Down here in the Costa del Fareham it grinds to a halt when there is a threat of ANY snow .., if it falls and settled like it did a couple of years ago the whole place closed and sat at home watching the news on TV of children going to school in Halifax and Huddersfield with a FOOT of snow on the ground ... and more ...

Mind you .. the really dangerous ones were those out on the roads that didn't know how to drive in it ... completely cocked it up for those of us that did !

Well, they're like kids who get a sled for Christmas, as soon as they see snow they have to go out and try their new toy so we have all these clown who have bought 4x4's (or whatever twee name they now give to these ugly converted tanks we see on the road) haring out to drive in the snow, whilst most of them don't know what the extra stick on the central column is for. let alone what 2H, 4H or 4L means.
