Friday 13th September, C0nwy Honey Fair in C0nwy High Street, north Wales. 700-year old Royal Charter fair, founded by Edward 1st. Stall space is full up now, but do come along and visit the Fair. You'll never see honey selling so quickly!
Organized by C0nwy BKA since 1990.
Plenty of other attractions, including C0nwy Castle and Town Walls, a World Heritage site.
Google honey fair for information and the history of the Fair.

How much per pound are you selling it for this year Peter?

Please see our website http://tinyurl.com/c6eqaqj for pictures of last week's 700-year old Conwy Honey Fair, under Recent Posts on right hand side of the home page. Next year's Honey Fair, our 25th year as organizers, is on Saturday 13th September. Why not pay us a visit and make a weekend of it?

I went for a weekend and had a good time in a lovely town....most of it in The Albion
:winner1st: pub in Wales :)
We sold all our honey too and met some interesting fellow beekeepers

Thanks Peter for a good fair.

Peter....how many visitors come? How much are the stalls, is there any shelter if the weather is bad? Etc etc? I.e. is it worth me travelling up from mid Wales?

Glad you enjoyed the Albion Alehouse in Conwy. It's become immensely popular since it was taken over by four local microbreweries two years ago. It's in the final of the CAMRA pub of the year competition.
