Last Friday I was in the rain on a biulding site at Borough wating for the last stragglers of a swarm to go into a box at 7.30. It took me 3.5 hours in all with travel, to collect a smallish swarm.
Then today the fine for not paying the Congestion Charge came.... £120. I am so, so fed up.
