Sterilising my nuc boxes yesterday I found a deceased nuc.

Reason for death was Queen trapped in intro cage.

Why?

I remember doing this and thought the bees would easily let her out albeit with a good delay.

Not having candy with me I screwed up some newspaper and plugged the intro cage effectively dooming her.

So dear reader do not do this as one dead queen is enough. Use candy.

Good tip PH.
That`s the kind of thing i`d do. Some people use those little marshmallows
as a release. Anyone tried them, i`ve spied some in my wifes cake making cupboard.
