Charged QC pointing upwards on the top of a frame

Bees very a active on HB; queen seen but one queen cup with royal jelly and egg on the top of a frame pointing upwards.

What does this mean?

I took it down, was that a bad decision?

you have got to put a picture of this up on here for it to be believed

** just noticed you took the cell down. I diddnt read that bit cos as soon as you said the cell was pointing upwards, I had to see it to believe it
