From looking at the web site it seems the latest suits don’t come with Velcro on the cuff and ankles which I think are the best thing on my Oz suit!

Thanks for the heads up. I have had the Oz armour jacket and trousers combo for the last couple of years and have ordered a full suit in khaki and another jacket in a smaller size as they are much more convenient for a quick inspection or where time is critical and I get screamed at by the wife that my bees are plotting and up to something..... My experience of Oz has been really good, not been stung through the jacket (triple mesh ) in two seasons, although taken a few elsewhere. My only frustration previously was little UK representation so tricky to send back if sizing was wrong and their sizing chart is a little ambiguous. Not sure if they have a UK retailer now as my order yesterday seemed to answered from abroad, but that just might be me being presumptuous and javiera may be from Huddersfield.

For comparison I also have a svienty breeze suit and would say quality wise they are pretty much on a par, with Oz getting worn more due to ease and comfort (and sitting in a convenient spot, but svienty benefitting from not being white....

At this price the Oz are well worth the money, especially in those really hot days when you can use an ox suit with just your shorts

I bought one too, I agree the sizings are a minefield. I hope mine isn't going to be like a tent . It seems the fatter you are the less length you get. I am tall and slim but ordered a large!!!, be interesting to see if it fits

I think you might be ok. I am 5'10 and 155 lb and went for large. My old one was 2xl and it had got too baggy due to weight loss and the gap around the waist was getting tempting for those bees to explore ... I also have a large swienty suit and the problem is if you go smaller than that the arms are too short...

Are you over six foot? A large should be OK unless you are a fair bit taller than that.

You should try buying beesuits as a woman, the sizing is horrendous. I’m 5’7” and just under 10 stone (or 1.7m and 63kg in new money) and to get the right size for my height, they are always hugely baggy and the arms and legs are way too long. I got rid of my Swienty Breeze for that reason. I’ve just written to Oz Armour asking for their recommendation…..

Medium I reckon ;)

Old Castle farm sell beesuits tailored for women.

Best suit I have for the summer heatwave (if we have one), is a modified Swienty Breeze with a fencing hood.
The material is far stronger than the BB & old castle, but the original hood although very strong is a PIA when driving between apiaries.
Quite a heavy suit also.

My first has been condemned and the second is a bag of rags after two years of fifteen hours a day for five days a week.

We have a few brand new ones available from our stock in various sizes that won't ever be used by us, drop me a PM.

My suit has finally arrived, see why they call it armour, weighs just about as much but a really comfortable fit.
For info I am 5'10" and weigh 10 st 10 oz I bought a large fit. It is exactly right for me but anyone any taller would need a larger size.
Dying to try it out now😄

I’ve just bought a Large , 5’10” and 13 stone so I hope it fits. My old one is a XL and that too big for me really. Hoping this one is better.

hmm... I'm about the same height but a wee-bit heavier. I contacted ozarmour and communicated with them and they suggested the XL stout... I purchased it a week ago now and have received the shipping notification. My existing suit is an Abelo M which is OK height wise but a bit skin-tight in places.

I suppose I'll know in short-order when the ozarmour arrives. Bee suit sizes are a mystery.

I reckon it will be just right
I have a large from STB that fits well so fingers crossed this one will as well. The XL Ozarmour that I have at present falls off my shoulders and hangs at the crotch.

I'm thirteen stone odd and around 5' 11". My original large suit was a good fit and slightly long in the leg which was a good thing. The new suit is certainly shorter in the leg and is not quite as roomy but still fits.
Disappointing features are the knee pad sections, they are too high on the leg and ride up above kneecap level if you kneel down :( and the hip pockets which are accessed from the top ( my original has a more 45 degree access and are still deep enough to prevent stuff falling out ) and have an annoying bit of unnecessary velcro. I could also live without the velcro on cuffs and ankles.
The seamstress has been in touch and the veil of my old suit should be ready in a few days so that's excellent news.

It's the velco on the ankles and cuffs that I like about it. In fact I emailed them to make sure they still had it on the suits :)
Each to their own eh?
