Reminds me of being in Finland on business about 10 years ago. Got back to the hotel in the evening, turned on the telly and Benny Hill was on one of the main channels. Smutty bunch.
Dennis Kirkland the producer was a drinking buddy of my first husband as were a few of the crew. They were all smutty horrid people. Gave me the creeps.

Best not or somebody will post how dreadful this place is
My politically incorrect, juvenile sense of humour has let me down and I can only say that my remorse knows no bounds ( ps I totally agree with your take on Benny Hill but where would you stand on The Two Ronnie's and the choice of some of their material?)

Much has happened in my lifetime. Society changes. My parents used to watch the Black and White Minstrels. We used to have Love thy Neighbour, Till Death Us Do Part....to name a just a few ..... It all makes me cringe

Totally agree 100% but at the same time I have seen some of todays offerings which I find worthy of a cringe or two.

No need to self-flagellate BBS - you're not the only one. I continue to enjoy schoolboy humour, despite having had a longer lifetime than Dani, but it's a lonely pleasure as none of my friends partake. In fact this forum is my only outlet!
I attribute my tastes to the playground of my junior school in Carmarthen - boys only - I suspect JBM may have been tainted as well. The outcome might have been different in a co-ed school....

I'd rather watch a cringeworthy episode of Benny Hill than endure the sickening puerile tat called 'Little Britain'

To be fair, Little Britain has been "banned" from the airwaves now too for similar reasons (well, BBC/iPlayer, Netflix etc won't show it). Given some of the content, it's perhaps not surprising.

Indeed, but I still draw the line at Benny Hill.

Good video👍
I still have a wee timorous beastie making itself comfy on the Abelo poly tray, eating dead bees and peeing in the corner....
I think, perhaps a shrew?568FAC3E-5DAC-4306-8594-F2CB64AA31D5.jpeg

The pee in the corner looks like condensate to me .
how are bees entering the tray ?
The hive stands on a pallet and can access from under the hive. The Abelo tray does not blank off the entire floor area, so can be accessed from the rear of the hive.

Thank you !

Love thy neighbour - I recall Eddie giving it large about sin and asking what colour sin was. The classic response I don't know but I've a feeling you're going to tell me it's black!
