Has anyone any experience of pollinating blueberries.One of my apiary sites is going to be planted with blueberries,what is the honey potential if any and stocking rate,area 1 acre

Sounds fantastic. I think I am right when I say the soil has to be ericatious. Acid loving little berries.

We have had blueberries for years before bees. No problems in pollination. Lots of problems with birds though.....

Bumbles are excellent at buzz pollinating blueberries.

Seem to recall honeybees are inefficient pollinators ?
