Hi
Just a quick question about bees in a house wall, is it possible to get them out with out killing them?

It depends what the house wall is made of, and how easy it might be to knock a hole in it.

I have had success with a 'trapout' basically a nuc box attached to the wall via brackets and a cone to allow them out but not back in. Search 'Hogan trap' on Google.

Did you manage to get the queen?

A trapout doesn't usually get the queen, all it does is prevent the foragers returning to the nest so what's left inside will usually starve to death. The could abscond, of course, if they're lucky.

Pine tree trapout

This is the one that is running now. I am afraid I will have to add another 10 frame on top. I don't use brood.
