Beekeeping association in SW France?

I've recently moved to SW France; Puy L'Eveque, about 20 miles South of Cahors in the Lot Valley.

A couple of years ago, I attended a practical beekeeping course in Brittany and I have read some books but never actually kept bees so That puts me firmly in the novice camp.

I'd like to start my own hive next spring but would appreciate the help and advice of a local association.

Does anyone know of an association in this area or is there anyone in this area who would like to start one with me?

I have a modest garden by French standards but I think it should be fine provided my closest neighbours don't get upset.
