Spotted this bee yesterday, her hairs are white instead of the usual gingery brown, she seemed healthy, although a little clumsy. Is this something to worry about, or a genetic aberration?

Was it one recently emerged?

Was it one recently emerged?

I would say not. I put a second brood box with frames of foundation on top two weeks ago, and this bee was on a newly drawn and laid frame, not in the bottom box where brood is emerging at the moment.

Apis mellifera carnica commonly called Carniolians also called the grey bee.

That’s a young newly emerged bee. They can move away from the cells from which they’ve emerged.
