Bee inspector visit

The regional Bee inspector viewd my hives today, first time in 4 years I have been contacted by them.

Turned out to be a very nice guy, very helpfull, and best of all he complimented my hives and set-up.

Thanks to the forum for assisting me.

He was also very pleased to see the Beehaus, He think he will have been the first one to inspect a beehaus.

All in all, a good day.

An Inspector calls

I had my first visit by our RI, plus his young apprentice, about two weeks ago.

It turned out to be a 30 minute tutorial, and very useful indeed.

Sounds like you both had good experiences - thats something positive, isnt it? I dont think I will be filled with dread next inspection, 'cos ours was good too!!!
