So you're saying the trade show should be free? I think we'd all agree with you.
Complete rip off
It wasnt just a trade show, there were lectures as well.
If they're too crowded, one remedy is to put the price up....and probably would not have gotten into 9 lectures as too crowded...
Free entry to the trade show ( the exhibitors would pay for being there I would have thought ) and day tickets would be a good idea imho
Plus they could raise more money by charging a bit more for the BBKA workshops - they're £2 - yes, £2. Peanuts. Why not charge £10? Would the numbers attending drop? I think not. At £2 they may as we'll be free. At £10 it shows commitment.
And if they charged £10.00 for the workshop can you imagine the outrage here then?
I don't think £18.00 or so is excessive for one day - most shows are at least that price nowadays.
But then again, this is all about stirring and having everything back in London again - the rest of us don't count.
Ridiculous. It's about costs.

Oh come on.... Where can you go these days without paying for the experience? Cinema, summer fete, flower show, exhibitions, to name but a few! Six quid a day? If the experience is all about bargain trade prices, save your cash and buy from the on line sales.
