AI Training/Experience

The time has arrive to bite the bullet and to move to AI, is there anyone who is willing to share some of their experience with me. I have watched loads of You Tube video's on AI, found two excellent video's by Susan Cobey. I am very practically minded and was wondering is there anyone close to S. Wales who uses AI?

Going back a few years I was told that the Institute at Marburg in Germany did AI courses that ended with a certificate of competence. The BF that was taking the training said that once he had that cert he would be able to work anywhere in the beekeeping world. True or not I don't know.
