I know the couple who own this house and land and have been there a few times.
Its up a mountain.. If youstand outside the front door (it's the only door) all that you can see his his garden. 3 acres of valley. A few years ago this region was hit by forest fire and a telegraph pole about 10 metres or so got burned but his house didnt get touched..
I keep telling him he should have bees there...... Not much to worry about if they swarmed..
