The queens have been openly mated, one hive has a 2023 queen the other a 2024 queen, neither are marked but can be marked if preferred.
The predominately Carniolan bees in my apiary are very calm, I rarely use smoke during inspections & are more hardy to our weather.
Cost for 5 frames of bees £140.00, i can either drop off within a 15 mile radius or they can be picked up from Bolton.
