You can always try landshare http://landshare.channel4.com/ it worked for me either look up people with land to offer or advertise yourself as requiring a bit of land.
Otherwise do what everyone else is recommending direct approach to the farmers most I think are intune with the land and see the benefits of bees especially if they get a few jars.
 
Looks like it is going to be harder than i thought to find somewhere to keep some bees.
Also having no experence will not help as them will fill unsure about me.
My partner has made it clear, there is to be NO bees in the garden.
I tried to bribe her but if i had all the money in the world she would still say no.

have you talked to ( http://www.iwbka.org.uk) isle of wight beekeeper assocaition,surely they have association apiaires you could use?
