Hi guys,

Anyone know where I can trade in my refined wax for foundation near Liverpool?

Do thornes still do it? Can I post it to them?

if your going to post it anyway, deal with Kemble Bee supplies, their wax is by far the best.

I put some supers out the front of my house last Friday with new wax in from peter and when I go home there were bees sniffing round it already. Never ever had that with paynes or thornes wax both of which I have used in the past.

I don't know. Do you want me to ask them for you?

Such a helpful little guys aren't you Oliver!!

Sick of seeing your posts that offer no assistance to the original poster. You just seem to enjoy having a go at some people for one reason of another.

I was making frames for supers in my office, last week, using Thornes wax, and had 10-20 bees come into my office, my colleague was complaining about the number of bees in the office, and we only had them since you started making frame in here! (standard not premium), I was actually surprised, they kept getting in my way, as I was hammering nails.....

Do you really need assistance to pick up a phone or key in an e-mail to ask big T yourself?

My post was designed to make you think for yourself. The reply should have been 'Oh, good idea, I'll contact them myself' or something similar

A wax being helpful. You had obviously not thought it through that much, if at all?

Learning to think and do for yourself would be a good start/improvement (I don't know which, btw).

Redwood even thought it funny.

T's answer emails. However, a) it is the busy time of the year, b) some suppliers have run out of some formats, might be worth asking anyway before a large order and c) postage will cost. Small amounts could cost more than a couple of quid a kg to get there before you get to the process and carriage charges.

beesleybees might i suggest you give C Wynne Jones a call?
only 1hr from you and a lovely drive!!
note sure they collect wax but have plenty of kit for sale, check stock levels before setting off though...
