I picked up my first 2021 nuc last weekend and installed them in their new hive shortly after. No problems whatsoever, they seem calm and friendly (so far). No sign of the for the first 5 days as they needed to settle in and the weather was too cold for any living being. They have now started to forage and are bringing legsful of pollen. I wondered if it's possible to identify the source of the pollen from the colour. The pollen they have is a very deep colour, almost orange. The only flow I am aware of is dandelion locally. Has anyone any ideas?
Thanks
