Weighing hives

My brood+halfs weigh that much Steve wooden nationals 43+ kgs I feed one colony 12kgs of 2:1 and they didn't really put on any weight at all only 4kgs what the hell did they do with the rest?
This is my home hill apairy.

My double brood minimum weigh must be 24 kg weighed from back side. Maximum 28 even if they can take more.

All mine where upto weight last week so i stopped the feeding...i checked them yesterday and three of them where a tad light which suggests they are using stores for brood rearing and the night temperature has dropped quite a lot..we had our first frosts mid week.
 

Thanks. My 30kg hives is 66lbps in old money so I have another 6lbps to play with for a bigger hive but the poly is lighter than wood and poly hives use less stores so it should be ample then, I hope.

To feed for winter my hives cost € 12 on average. How much I should save from that.

20 kg/hive.
