water percentage

can you tell me what is the water percentage needed to extract OSR. i have a refractor. thanks

I believe that is what the books say

18% or less is the norm. Some of the water content evaporates during the extraction process. Try a test run. The frames do not necessarily need to be fully capped by the way - 80% or so is enough, especially with OCR.
