Wasps

I inspected a colony yesterday who have been feisty since september, back to being lovely and calm yesterday. I didn’t spot the queen but did spot a queen wasp in there quite happy. Bit concerning for the bees in their inability to realise she’s out of place, but also a bit confusing as to them being so calm under the circumstances! Did see eggs so Q is there. Maybe Q wasp has nice pheromones!
