You never know. I have heard that our Finnish cousins produce some great reindeer steaks.

Mmmm - my brother has lived in Finland for almost 20 years and did bring home Reindeer for Christmas once, about 18 years ago...and it was yummy. We haven't really had a Christmas together since - I think that is why it means so much x
