Think she needs glasses

Knowing I am a beekeeper a member of my team at work tells me there is a big bee or wasp nest in a tree in the park opposite our office.....I ask her a few questions...what does it look like, how high up etc.

After hearing her answers I decide to go and have a look.....we walk through the park (is it a ploy to get me to go for a walk with her ).....cross the grass and get to the tree......there it it is she says pointing up......to a large item on the bough..

I didn't know whether to laugh, cry or send her straight to the opticians as I started to explain that it was a type of mushroom...chicken of the wood ...and that you can eat it ...BUT it certainly wasn't a bee OR a wasp nest.

Now worried about her crossing the road

Very tasty it is too. Remarkably like chicken in texture! You better invite her to see the real setup or make her mushroom on toast! The lady clearly needs educating or something!
