I checked my hives today to see of supers were full on 2 hives I have 3 supers on each hive, they seemed to be a bit lighter than last week so there must be little nectar coming in .I am going to take supers off tomorrow...
If I extract and the bees are only left with brood box will they want to swarm? The hives are full to the top of bees so where will they all fit should I add another brood box and make them double brood or split .
What do use do, put empty supers back on with flow over ?

The flow here is far from over, i put a empty super on if i remove one or if i remove the odd frame from other colonies i replace them with extracted frames..if you remove all the supers and give them no more empties the bees will be fairly overcrowded ..
