There is nothing worse than that moment when you realise you are not the only creature inside your beesuit...that you have COMPANY!!!
The freezing of all nerve endings and the inability to scream in case it goes down your throat.

Happily riding your motorcycle and hearing a sudden, loud and angry buzzing against one ear is another test for not panicking. I managed to stop, get the stand down, remove my helmet, think I'd got away with it, even though I couldn't find the culprit, and then realise it was stuck in my hair. It stung me on the ear anyway.
You know the pain from a sting is not the end of the World, yet it was still a frightening experience.
That was about 8 years ago but I still can't put my helmet on without searching inside it first.
I've never shared my beesuit with a bee but I should imagine it's pretty scary too.

Gosh lucky you didn't have a crash!
I don't blame you for checking your helmet....I'm still sleeping with the light on since our rat problem!

I grew up in an old manse where bats flew in through the window and round the room at night. Usually in summer at 3am!

After that, I found I could cope with anything animal or insect could throw at me.

The house is now demolished but one of the local hostelries had a regular who related the tale of their child calling out from the bedroom that a cat was on her bed. When mother went in and turned the light on a large rat scuttled off the bed.
Same guy was proposing to get a billy goat to keep the garden clear. The landlord asked where it would sleep and was told it would be kept in the washhouse. The nexr question was what about the stink? Reply it can get used to it like we had to do when we moved in.
Such is life :)
