When there is one week snow cover, bees cannot get drinking water from snow. All larvae will die or eaten off. IT means that 2 weeks' laying will be away.

Unless they have condensation in their hive???
 
Yes, but IF the brood has been killed, OAV could be administered in a week's time when he temperature rises.
However this is speculation and I'm not going to open up and look.

You could always open up to kill any? ;)
