My boy told last summer first time that bees have stung them when they were shildren. I believed that they did not get stings. He is 38 old.

He told how to listen bees. When sound was very high, RUN!

Actually RUN! is quite good slogan in beekeeping. The bee flyes only 25 km/h.
FBI agent runs 80 km/h.

Just reading Manley and I come across this slogan,I was surprised to read that quote S H Smith made a sort of slogan, let the bees tell you. I quick Google shows reference too.
So did Brother Adam copy this, I wonder?

Robert Orlando Branch Manley was already an established beekeeper by the time BA came over here, but Brother Adam had made his mark by the 1920's so it could be either way.
Manley also used the term 'Bees do nothing invariably' in his 1947 book 'Beekeeping in Britain' and this has been copied by many since although to be fair to Manley at least he did attribute the quote to another unidentified lady who used that phrase in a beekeeping periodical in the 1920's
