Congratulations Lovely Example How many goes did it take to get them, i've always said the wax class is the hardest to achieve and should be shown in glass cases to prevent finger nails the number I have had spoilt

Any top tips on how to achieve this, I have a bucket full of wax cappings and brace comb that I might try this with.

Hi, it takes a little bit patience the hardest part is getting out the mould without it sticking to the side this standard does take many attempts .We have had show wax damaged by fingernails across the top. This is because they will not let you use cases it has to be in the open in a clear polythene bag.

When I First Started showing at Shrewsbury in the 50s they they used to allow glass cases then they altered it I don't know why it does need some protection after all the effort it takes to get it right , but the satisfaction when you get that Red card or the blue Ribbon you cannot buy, your quite right it is the getting out and the patients needed I am afraid i have spoilt many a one by being to impatient
