hi this has prob been up here many times but cant see an answer to my question. I have 60 lbs of honey set like concrete took it off two hives about 3 weeks ago and i need to process it and jar it, ive built a make shift warmin 'tent' as thats all i could find put a heater in it to keep it around the mid 30's when its soft again what are my options i have a few jars left from last year which has crystalised and is pretty firm but i dont thats what i need to make soft set honey, id like as many different types of honey from it as i can and many/any suggestions will be appricated
